During the last week snowstorms have passed the mountains. Temperature around freezing at start. Fog and some few degrees below freezing in the mountians.

RACE DAY: Cloudy, light snowfall. Temperature at start -1°C/-2°C (30°F/28°F). Expected to rise to approx. +1°C/+2°C (35°F).

GLIDE:	Recommended structure: Medium
	1) Apply LF6 in the glide sections with a waxing iron. Iron temp. approx. 135ºC to 140ºC (275ºF to 280ºF). Iron in and cool off twice. 2) Let the skis cool before scraping off all the wax with a Plexi Scraper. Brush with a Medium Bronze Brush or Steel Brush.
	3) Apply HF8 in the glide sections with a waxing iron. Iron temp. approx. 120ºC to 130ºC (245ºF to 266ºF). Iron in and cool off twice. 4) Let the skis cool before scraping off all the wax with a Plexi Scraper. Brush with a Medium Bronze Brush or Steel Brush, and finish with a Blue Nylon Brush.
	5) Distribute Cera F FC8X evenly in the glide section and iron in, temp. approx. 155°C to 160°C (310°F to 320°F).
	6) Brush off with a Wild Boar or Horsehair Brush. Do the final polishing with a Blue Nylon Brush.
GRIP:
	7) Sand the kick zone with #100 grit paper. 8) Iron in a thin layer of Base Binder VG30 and cork out.
	9) Iron in one layer of V40 Blue Extra, and cork out.
	10) Apply 2-3 thin layers of VR45 Flexi, and cork between each layer. Finish with 2-3 thin layers of VR55 Silver/Violet, cork between each layer.
	Take along VR60 Silver and VR65 Red/Yellow/Silver in your pocket.
